studies over the range of services within our expertise. Where necessary we can
draw on the resources of other companies with whom we have worked in the past in
order to obtain the best expert knowledge.
Typically, a study will require a
thorough examination of alternative systems, various options in equipment
selection and the most favourable path to provide a technically sound and
commercially attractive course of action.

Design (Building Services) Ltd will undertake the design of all HVAC services
within our expertise.
Such designs might encompass one or

specification for pricing by Contractors.

Production of sized design schemes
for tender purposes.

Detailed design of HVAC systems.

Specifications
Heron
Design (Building Services) Ltd will undertake the production of specifications
for all the HVAC services within our expertise. Wherever possible, for projects
within the UK, the National Engineering Specification (NES) is used to enable
standardisation within the Industry.
Such specifications would generally
take the form of one of the following:

Outline design brief for design by
others.

Systems description for inclusion
by Contractors with their tender.
|
Particular specifications to a
Client standard format.

Detailed specification using the
National Engineering

Computer
Facilities
As
stated previously, the company uses the most advanced computers for the
production of designs and drawings in the execution of projects.
Drawings can be produced in
either black and white or colour from A4 size through to A0 size. Images can be
scanned in to the drawings or specifications. Disk copies can be issued on
either floppy disk or CD's.
The company currently
possesses the following equipment:
